1. An independent site
Fardexuno is written and published by David Miller in Toronto. It is not owned, sponsored, endorsed, certified or reviewed by Google LLC, by Google Play, or by any studio whose games are discussed. No commercial relationship exists with any of them, and no payment has been received from a developer in exchange for coverage or for the wording of a page.
What appears here are guides, analyses and editorial notes built from publicly available information and from playing games of this type. They are not the developer’s documentation and should not be read as if they were.
2. Trade marks and names
Game titles, studio names, logos, screenshots, character names and the marks Google, Google Play and Android are the property of their respective owners. They appear on this site only to identify the software being described, which is ordinary descriptive use. Their appearance implies no licence, no partnership and no approval by the owner.
3. No affiliation and no distribution
This site does not host, mirror, package, modify or distribute any application. There is no APK, no installer, no patched build and no unofficial download of any kind. Software published on Google Play is obtained from Google Play, under Google’s terms and the developer’s terms, neither of which we control or can alter.
Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, account issues, taxes and fees are handled entirely by the store and the developer. If money or an account is involved, the store’s support channel is the correct place to go, not this address.
4. Where the information comes from
Descriptions of mechanics on this site are editorial. Where a page states something specific about an application — a feature, an ad model, an offline mode, a storage figure — that statement reflects publicly available information at the time of writing and is presented as a practical indication, not as an official system requirement. Official requirements, prices and feature lists live on the application’s own store listing and take precedence over anything here.
Developers change their software constantly. Stages get rebalanced, features get removed, prices move, and an app can be pulled from a store entirely. The date in the footer of each page is the day its text was last reviewed. Nothing on this site should be treated as current beyond that date without checking.
Where a page links to a store listing, the link points at the official Google Play page for that application, opens in a new tab, and was checked on September 2, 2026. Following it takes you to a service operated by Google under Google’s own terms, which we neither control nor can alter.
5. Where the images come from
The six screenshots and the application icon on the front page were taken from that application’s own listing on Google Play on September 2, 2026. They are reproduced at reduced size for the sole purpose of illustrating the guide and identifying the software it discusses, which is fair dealing for the purpose of review and news reporting under section 29 of the Canadian Copyright Act. Any logo or wordmark visible inside those images is part of the developer’s own store material and is shown unaltered, as it appears on the listing.
Copyright in those images belongs to Nika-Style. Nothing here transfers any right in them, and no claim is made over them. Everything else on the site — the writing, the tables, the icon set and the page graphics — was produced for Fardexuno.
A rights holder who would prefer an image not to appear can say so at [email protected], and it comes down without argument.
6. The notebook is our own work
The PDF sold from this site is written and drawn by David Miller. It reproduces no artwork, screenshot, level layout, text or other material belonging to any developer, and it is not licensed, endorsed, approved or reviewed by any of them. It is one person’s notes on how a genre of puzzle board behaves, sold as a one-off item by a private individual, and buying it conveys no right in any game it happens to mention.
7. Copyright complaints
If you own rights in material you believe has been reproduced here without permission, write to [email protected] with the address of the page, a description of the work concerned, and enough detail to confirm the claim. The material comes down while the matter is looked into, rather than after. A postal notice can be sent to David Miller, 120 Adelaide St W, Toronto, ON M5H 1T1, Canada.
8. Limitation
Installing, buying and playing third-party software is your decision and your responsibility. This site accepts no liability for the behaviour of an application, for charges made by a store or developer, or for any loss arising from a choice made after reading a page here.
